I dont think it is, and I also hope this 10 million dollar order is not a buyback order. If it is, then that will piss off a lot of SHs. we shall come to know on Monday.

The buyback is officially still on. hopefully, they will buy back some more after the tax period when the price settles back close to the announcement.
