Yes, Check announcements from July 2023, they released the buy back commencement news. However we never got follow up announcements daily that companies need to lodge when they are actively buying. Check MSV or NST in recent months for examples of how this process works.
If management are yet to pull the trigger there is enormous upside in the share price movements ahead imo. Since the terms dictate that up to 10% of ordinary shares over the 12 month period since July 2023 can be bought back. That’s a lot of shares and buying pressure to absorb any further selling. Obviously there will be black out periods within a fortnight of assays due or other price sensitive news etc. Personally I wouldn’t be surprised to see them kick off this buy back in the next week or two. New year, new beginnings!
