I think 99% of management teams on the ASX could be a lot more open and transparent to the market. However they can get away with it and don’t need to tell the full story. As long as they keep the major corporate shareholders and institutions happy. Get them involved in discounted capital raises, update them with definite plans etc, then that’s all they need to maintain their jobs. Since they hold the majority of the register. Us average Joe retail investor is not going to change much with our vote at the AGM.
Even though management dropped the ball the past few years with gold focus, they still sold one of our assets (Speewah) for a great price of $20M. They woke up to gold eventually. I know the geophysics were delayed but it sounded like the contractors faults, but now we have 20 plus targets from it. Plus $20M worth of funds for drilling out Tennant Creek the rest of the year. Far from the worst management team on the asx imo.
