I’m starting to now wonder, that there is heavy rick clay soil under that transported cover which definitely makes it very difficult for heavy machinery to operate and drive on. Heavy rich clay soil, does take quite sometime to dry especially after a lot of rain that causes flooding which then leads to water logging.
