may be the office girl is also negotiating on coordinating with the drilling company. If they have to concurrently buyback and drill then they might have to hire another office girls and that will push the monthly cash burn rate. That would be a disaster. We don't do that here.
Low monthly cost is paramount, even if it comes at the cost of delayed progress, missed opportunities and losses to SH. Of course the SH are not a priority.
