The other thing we sometimes forget is that the board has a lot of incentive to make this work. The directors invested heavily at the last capital raising done at 3.5 cents (I think) contributing around $100000 or more each and in the past I believe that they have forgone director's fees and taken shares instead.
They will each benefit substantially from appreciation of the share price and I believe that they have sufficient incentive not to sit around on their asses.
Let the drilling begin.
