When you are too focused on finding a cheap contractor, you get crap work and delays. Hence the endless geophysics delays all last year and now the lab delays this year. If management spent 20% more they might get everything done in a timely manner, more constant results, an appreciating share price and happy shareholders. Right now we have none of that!
