These are very legit questions and I think we should start asking these question to the management on social media platforms. We have to pile on the pressure. Just calling them or mailing them will no longer cut it. It is easier for them to BS to one caller or a SH who mails them and get out of it. They can't dish out crappy excuses and justifications on the social platform. it will raise questions about their capability.
