holes were drilled on intersections of various trend lines. The site of drilling looked promising given the history of the area and convergence of various trend lines. But is is surprising none of the 17 holes hit anything.
The Geophysical survey notes, "KRR’s 2021 gravity survey at Lone Star East highlighted a significant anticlinal plunging fold structure intersecting a NW fault and gravity trend"
Because it is a plunging section, should they have drilled deeper. Also would be interesting to know what the angle of inclination is.
