Website is irrelevant imo. I've seen multi-million dollar businesses with literally 'contact me' on their website and nothing more. They weed out those not truly interesting in coming on board/buying product by asking for direct contact from the get go. Personal business, rather than impersonal internet dealings, are still very important for quite a large number of businesses too and this sometimes attracts people rather than deters.
