No, and what you are suggesting is fair. I'd like to see a better and clearer idea as to what pain management should be about. I find it quite strange that the moment your government pulled the plug on narcotics, it opened the door to pot. Please do not get me wrong, but I suspect a connection. One of these days, you or I may need a dose of morphine. I Hope to God that the Ambulance officer doesn't say, " Yeah, cool, mate! Here, have a toke of this". It isn't appropriate.
And it won't work.
