I think Craig finds it unusual that anyone else in the world can see what a slimy bunch TER management are.
Every time I read one of their BS announcements it makes my skin crawl. I have zero interest in a holding with these shysters.

UNV management are trying to actually get some value for UNV shareholders. Craig and Wal are doing their best to rip a good profitable company out from under UNV holders noses to stop their own rubbish company from going belly up.

So if you want to accept ... remember the piece of rubbish TER scrip you will end up with... who is to say that it will have any value in a month or two? Do you believe Barron or W1? Good luck with that.

Ill be sticking with my UNV shares.
