Well everyone has to make their own call based on their own personal circumstances.
If they don't get 75% though they can't de-list and while I am sure they will try all sorts of shenanigans to make it hard for UNV holders and easier for themselves to pilfer UNV's assets and capital, I am happy to hold and agitate.
Ultimately a recalcitrant minority group of 25-40% of UNV holders is difficult for them to deal with. Who knows how it might end up, especially if the UK court puts a stay on them or forces a sell down.
