i agreev wholeheartedly. The issue is the board has not much time to close and im sure many anxious holders like myself need to make a snap decision to accept and sell out of TER.... or if we hold on we are uncertain the risks of holding a minority share in UNV and the implications. The resolution to remove independent directors will be interesting. Does ter have to abstain its 60% vote or does this therefore mean it is more than guaranteed once it occurs?
the problem is an early forced closure which has been a well played move but dog act aa a holder. Personally the aggressive and tit for tat actions of TER make me reluctant to hold stock. And i am sure the overhang on TER stock with the sellers will be a short to medium term issue. With the sp going nowhere.
