If Terracom had such amazing value they wouldnt give their prized shares away... The fact is they see significantly more value in UNV than they do in TER.... Thats why they want to give shares away to acquire UNV.

UNV retail holders have proven to be a thorn in the side to many institutions and we will continue to do so until we get left alone by amateur hour instos with no real world experience in business dealings.

UNV makes money... TER doesnt. Simple as that

The only good thing is this will keep share price suppressed for a few more months so there will be ample buying opportunity to get UNV at bargain basement prices until the D grade instos piss off and let UNV focus on selling coal, not dealing with dumbass corporates
