Sorry Leecom, I am afraid I have to comment. When things are kept reasonably balanced fine but you seem to be looking through rose tinted glasses. I hope it doesn't come back and bite you. I accept as Corporate Raiders TER are good but , You only have to look at the quality of the December Report to determine the operational quality of TER . I mean EBITDA of ~ $15m for six months.... I mean I hope fore your sake you weren't one of the unlucky few who bought TER not so long ago for ~ 75 - 80c if memory serves. TER is now worth less than 30c , sorry at this moment its down to 28.5c. Talk about wealth destruction. Giving historical data when coal prices were high but aren't now doesn't cut it for good management in an offer statement. Showing Historical EBITDA of ~ ~ 94m when they are now saying $15m for 6 months well wow. How are you really going to repay your debt? So balanced view pls.
