    they only require 47.3% acceptance which they already have by way of irrevocable undertakings + their 19.99% stake. This takeover isnt regulated by Australian takeover rules as its a UK company - alos note new UNV is Craig Ransley who was investigated by ICAC alongside Ian McDonald and co
