mrposhman you are misinformed about what us UNV shareholders are entitled to. The $70M includes the BEE partners so UNV shareholders are only entitled to $38M of this. The $70M also includes a $20M one off bargain purchase gain for the acquisition during 2019FY. If you deduct this the real operating profit after tax is only $50M. mrposhman, using your theory on the 50-60 cent valuation for the $70 million profit, the valuation for our UNV shares is only 25-30 cents. I hate to admit but then the offer for our shares of 33.5 cents from TerraCom seems both fair and reasonable.

At current TER share price of 29.5c and allowing for the coming 1c UNV div that TER intend on keeping for themselves, the TER bid is today worth just under 26.8c per UNV share.
