    You would be correct if our independent directors are lap dogs for TER , there are scenarios where the independent directors and non TER aligned shareholders can prevent that from occurring .
    At least once before we have had a take over attempt where the aggressor ended up thinking it was a slam dunk only to end up throwing in the towel .
