Tucked away in one of their recent releases was mention that TER are considering spinning out their Mongolian operations.Their Oz projects are Thermal and the Asian projects are Coking.
Some food for thought: Perhaps if the 2 companies were to merge/combine soon and an ultimate spin-off occur, then it could potentially be Thermal vs Coking structured! (Given the huge CC holding by UNV).
