Ouch! Looks like it’s going t o get a little messy. But TER seem to have a very strong claim if they can demonstrate that the previous announcement was main in retaliation to a removal of UNV Director’s. Also breach of directors duty to hold back vital information that may have a material effect on the offer to shareholders.
