why do they want a full ,purge of the board at this stage, are they worried that the new interim chairman is a little too independent , they also seem to be getting mixed up on who they want on the board,
if they are so confident of their position , why not wait and get the takeover done and then force the changes,kicking off Tony Weber is not a good look, why upset the architect of the UNV success, when chance are he would be a great pickup for them,
just reeks of sheer arrogance.
