Bruce, Welcome to the conversation. I think you will find in the near future, AGM, that when the SE tender was formulated, members of the board and RT went to great lengths to put it together.
Rather than take cash for the time employed, that BRL didn't have, they accepted a rights issue with the added bonus of showing shareholders they had skin in the game.
I have absolutely no problem with this. Thanks to their efforts I am now well in the black on this one.
