Is anyone taking legal action against the directors for negligence on this? Seriously, if I was a shareholder, I'd be looking to do that. I haven't looked into it deeply, but if the directors benefited from this, it would not bode well for them given their primary reason is to govern the company for and behalf of the shareholders.

Sure, there may still be value in at with the current capital structure, but there should be a lot more.

Disc. Held for a couple a couple of years at average of 3 cents but sold too early - did invest in BUL / HZN though :]

Hi Bruce,

I could be wrong but the directors first responsibility is to the company, not the shareholders. So legal action probably will not work.

p.s the Chairman is a lawyer so I am pretty sure they have the legal aspect covered. Not saying I am 100% happy with directors being allowed to fund these notes and mentioned this to Toko at the last AGM. But happy where the company is at this point and how it is progressing.
