Any legal action against the directors has zero chance of success.
All the notes and redeemables issued were approved by at shareholders meetings so the shareholders would be suing the shareholders which would be thrown out of court. Would be interesting to meet whoever would be daft enough to fund this action as I own London Bridge that I can sell them at a knockdown price.
