I had hoped for a comment about increased royalty rates as well. Whilst it does explicitly state this was not achieved there is no comment that it was. I can understand confidentiality however indicating an increase from a previously undocumented level shouldn’t breach any confidentiality, so I have assumed no increase has been negotiated and hoping to be wrong.
