Not sure what is with the negativity surrounding this announcement? It's certainly not a life changing agreement, but not too sure why anyone was expecting that?
Great step in the right direction for VML in the lead up to construction and production. Taking the profit sharing approach is also further de-risking the job, as the operating costs will be covered and margin will be split.
VML moving in the right direction to become the next producer in the REE space at a very low CAPEX & OPEX.
Not sure what is with the negativity surrounding this...
