Good deal, the Nickel was just sitting there costing holding costs with no path to further development with MLX.
This will take those costs away, while giving MLX and shareholders immediate upside in a shareholding which can be kept or sold as desired. Future dated upside in options and royalty (1.75% royalty on this thing if it ever does get developed could be a lot of money).
