Smoke and mirrors if you digest it. Another way of creating a whole new capital raise from conception with an asset you already owned. Spin it off, float it get some cash in and the ferris wheel starts all over again. Still good for us we get a cut of it in shares directly (to do as you please) and 29% owned through MLX. Smart shuffle I like it, worked for WGX.
