That acquisition seems like a great deal for Excite. I wonder why the vendors have done it so cheaply? Given those multiples they could have got more $$$ from some of the other groups in the market.
Did they need the cash to finish the lab? It will be interesting what comes out of the DD.
On face value a really good deal. With the vendors also having skin in the game.
