there are obvious synergies between the companies - my thoughts are the vendors have identified this and have realised they need the Excite stable of companies to unlock greater value out of their own business - they couldn't do it alone I suspect
I love the incentives intengrated into the deal - they are now fully incentivised now to smash it out of the park in FY 25 and deliver exceptional financial rewards for themselves, the greater Excite group and of course shareholders!
One would think Mr Lord will be close to exercising his options which will inject millions into Excite and allow them to fund this acquisitions along with any other potential acquisitions they have in their sights..
Certainly an exciting 12 months ahead for the company!
