Company formerly planned to acquire a MSP by end of December 2024 with revenues of $1-$3 million which would have been impressive enough.
Instead they blitz it out of the park and engineer a deal for a $14 million revenue per year acquisition of a company with ties to every gov't agency you can name.
Flying well under the radar boys.
