    I think it is a mystery to all of us holders. But maybe it is because people want to see the proof before they put their hard earned money in. Clearly GWR doesnt have a great history, but once this deal gets signed and shipments start getting sent in the next 6 months, things will be different. As VCR says, this is a long term hold, not a quick buck share. IMHO
