    With a CR it would have to be a placement. The likes of Platinum receivers are not likely to contribute.
    DM, Pat, Peter's widow, etc would have to consider more risk. I suspect there will not be a rights issue in foreseeable future.
    There are now 3 x notable Indonesians in the top 20 shareholders. They may baulk at more cash into the venture.
