It does appear that way, and my impression of Site's shonky-ness so far also makes me want to read it that way.
Also, note the transfer of all assets of SGH except the Clark lease to another Site subsidiary. In this manner the Investor group keeps Clark meanwhile Site's job is to be the bagholder of the loss making Site skills International and whatever other liabilities are transferred.
Wouldn't surprise me if some of these guys are cutting ties with Site and running off with Clark. These guy's are as shonky as you can get. I've seen a lot of shenanigans in markets.
