The essence of the Announcement is the excellent collaboration that VML obviously have with the local Government authorities. Getting along with the Gov players is a big deal for any business, but them keen to build next door is way better than just a good deal. The VML boys obviously carry some clout in the negotiating room. Or perhaps more importantly, they have the Can Gov's respect.
I thought the Ann might bring on a bit more enthusiasm from Buyers but maybe by the Close .. I own a lot already but still slipped a few more on the forklift this morning. This could turn out to be a really big story over the next couple of years.
