I could be wrong but my interpretation of the announcementis:
New whitelabel Lotterywest branded site powered by Jumbo SaaS to take over existingJumbo WA players (circa $33 million TTV for FY20). Existing Lotterywest siteremains. So, 2 Lotterywest brand websites selling at different prices.
Lotterywesthas the option to transition White Label players from the new Jumbo poweredsite to the original Lotterywest website and app 12 months from the date ofcustomer transfer to the White Label platform (effective from December 2020).
It seems allplayers could eventually be transitioned to the original Lotterywest site fromthe Jumbo powered site.
It wouldtherefore be a choice for Lotterywest as to which site they ultimately prefer& then encourage players to their choice bearing in mind tickets arecheaper on the original site.
So, it seemspresently impossible to determine whether this is beneficial to Jumbo or not, especially with no info on fees to be received. Clearly, if customers aretransitioned away, it is not beneficial.
