    NPV of US$81mill based on US$156/t but based on 2018 costs. Definitely inflated costs by 20-30% since then.

    Inflated Rock Phosphate price about offsets this increase in costs. Still looking at NPV US$81mill or A$109mill.

    Good job holders - good gains today.
