Cant say I saw this announcement coming. Had talks with DL not gone well this week we were lights out by now.
Given that Samsung is obviously well aware of our dire financial position - why do they enter such term sheet negotiations if we are are going to be in administration soon. Perhaps everything is not all as bad it seems. If DL continue to stick by us we are in with a chance.
