It’s nice to see a somewhat more positive update, though further updates with specifics about any deal or projects will be needed (referring to those in China).


The Announcment with Daelim was a reasonable update, but they do need to cover themselves with highlighting all the risks etc etc to avoid being pulled up by the ASX. So knowing that Daelim can call on the debt at any point was already known.

I definitely agree that it is in THEIR best interest to continue support at present.
Thankfully Justyn has a very good relationship with both Daelim and CNE.

The US investors will continue to add selling pressure as they draw down on their remaining balance … so that is definitely a negative and the company will need some very very positive updates to counter with substantial buying pressure to both chew through their shares, and also avoid the price being pushed down = more dilution.

The main issue I see for them, is securing working capital until they get revenue generating projects (according to them), up and running.
The current SP means an non-equity method is pretty crucial.

Another hurdle to jump, but probably the most important.

Id imagine they have weeks to get this squared away.

Although no comfort for those of us who have higher purchase prices, it’s a pretty good punt on current MC given what they have achieved, for those who enjoy spec stocks.

Many of us will be seen as either optimists, or crazy …. Such is the fun of the ASX spec casino.
