Agree: if there's one thing APE is good at, it's being ahead of the curve.
Mr Nick Politis with all his wealth certainly thinks so. Almost every trading day, he buys a further 10000 shares. The 'creep provisions' of the Takeovers Act may be irrelevant in this case, we'll know in time, but they come to mind.
