Every company has its day... I dont think someone would offer 100M to a failure
This may have been a spec but now it is in a stage to get out of that where it needs to map out a clear plan which I am sure they have done by now considering the term sheet... They may not even need a market cap raise for all we know... Not at these measly share price would be absurd...
