it’s just a hype. Maybe invest on a project if they are satisfied with the quality. Money is for themselves, NOT for Rne, if Rne has its own funds to invest, you can call them partners. If no funds like as at today, RNE may still have chance to manage and will be paid a fee.
You cannot rob the money then give it to RNE and saying RNE now has money to invest. It’s totally different.
