design and lease negotiations don’t make much sense, not sth substantial in nature. Key points are where to get/make cheap electricity supply and where to sell the hydrogen, people knew how to produce hydrogen using electricity 100 years ago. It’s all about costs and markets. Where is the market and stations in Australia? Just a station may take 1-2 years from design council approval until construction finished. RNE is really playing a future game, do you really think RNE knows how to make profit vis Green Hydrogen project? Financial model? No market no vehicles no pricing, how could it work out?
I don’t think Green Hydrogen is a game which a small scale company should play using shareholders money. Government should build up the whole chain in advance meanwhile to introduce and encourage hydrogen powered vehicles into Australia. Without the market , they are just playing and not using money from their own pockets.
