I am not sure if you all remember couple of years back Jetstar has a major IT outage due to which flights were cancelled - that happened on the Xmas eye. All the national newspapers were filled with no more Jetstar .
A year later Jetstar posted a record profit . You need to understand your customers - what is important to them . Jetstar is low cost and it comes with the risk. same as TYRO there solution is low cost and that their USP and that will stay as their USP.
if I am a business owner who is impacted I would have surely have a alternate provider to cover the risk . If I haven't then that's a lesson for me to have a back up plan for future.
as far as I know gives it a month and we will be above $3 and if we sign a major customer in couple of months it's going back to $4.
the golden rule is and what all businesses understand " you get what you pay for ".
am pretty sure TYRO will offer done freebies to retain its customers and if I am the one running a coffee shop I wouldn't mind that .
