Called numerous times and get the same feedback - restart your terminal and wait the 5-8 minutes while it resets itself.

An actual user complaining about the conistency of breakdowns of their terminal.
Do you know how long it takes to restart their terminal?
It's super cheap in terms of fees to use, but man its so inconsistent!
Can't take constructive criticism of a product... nothing is always shiny mate.
