Instead of complaining get a back up merchant on site. Tyro can be used as its cheaper and the other as a back up when it doesn't. All merchant terminals fail. But by the looks of it you will blame customers and the public when they stop buying coffee too. Always blaming someone else never looking in that SHINY Mirror.
