Please don't attack me for voicing my opinion of service with their device.
And yes, we do have a square terminal sitting on our counter.
The issue with this is you must "fire it up" as such if it hasnt been using in 20 minutes.
So the occasions that our terminal does go down, you still have to wait an extended period of time.
I can complain all I want mate, as long as it is relevant to the product these guys supply.
In particular I have recommended these to many friends in the hospitality industry after they have been using Square or Commbanks Albert both which are almost double the price for fees.
Putting words in my mouth now - saying I am blaming customers and public. NO I am blaming TYRO that's why I put this message up.
You should really be thanking me for an honest opinion.
