Musn't be many customers mate! Slow day? Do you actually think the banks or Square had the outage they would be half as responsive. I mean Square is overseas and well the banks have more lucrative business not sure they will drop everything to fix your terminal. Sometimes it pays to have your back up and carry on. Telstra never go down? Your electricity never cut? A car company never have a recall? Takata airbags? Stop whining.
