If I look at the huge number of tweets from Viceroy source in last hour it smells like desperation to me... trying to stop the upward surge. So something is not right because the price action doesn't support the fear viceroy is creating. I guess the casual observations from individuals that the disruption is getting under control might be closer to reality.
